The Agricultural Technical Institute of Todi “Augusto Ciuffelli” is a school providing three main courses: environment and territory, production and processing and winery and oenology but is also provided of a sixth year of specialisation in oenology and a two years path post-diploma, that offers a high percentage of working students within 2 years since the diploma.
“Ciuffelli” is located at Montecristo’s monastery, since 1863, nearby Todi walls; the same place that hosted the Charity Hospital. With its history rich of culture, landscapes and innovations, the Institute possesses 78 hectares of fields, vineyards, olive and fruit trees, biodiversity catalogue fields, greenhouses, forests and more, mainly used for professionalizing activities for students to verify where the firm operates.
